Bad Street is a first taste of Twin Sister’s forthcoming debut In Heaven on Domino, set for a release on September 26. Loved them already, but this is some truly sweet indie synthpop. Their Color Your Life EP was one of my personal favorites last year, wonder how high In Heaven will end up on this year’s lists.

oh man. twin sister played a phenomenal show last night at the mondrian skybar on sunset blvd. the new songs are so amazing i cannot wait for the album. i want it now! the new stuff has all these funk inspired  beats, oh man i just love love love. also can i just say that Andrea is amazing and i’m still totally in love with her. for the first time i actually have witnessed a performer make direct eye contact with an audience and not flinch nor give any indication of feeling uncomfortable. i swear to you, andrea and i locked eyes for like, 85% of the show, I LOVE HER. her stare is so captivating, it makes you feel like you are the only other person in the room. ugh i love twin sister so much it hurts.
